What business owners ask before paying
Is there a free plan, and what does it include?
Yes. Control Total offers free plans with the limits published at any given time. Having a free plan does not mean that every feature is free, nor that the plan always keeps the same features. Read the terms
How often do I pay?
Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually, or on another billing period expressly offered.
Does it renew automatically, and how do I cancel?
The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel the renewal and keep access to your plan until the paid period ends. Periods already started or paid are not refunded. Read the terms
What happens if I do not pay on time?
You have a grace period of up to five days. After that, the account can move down to the free plan if it meets its limits; otherwise it may be left without access until it is brought up to date. There is no reactivation fee. Read the terms
Who owns my data, and what happens if I stop using the system?
Your data belongs to you. If the account is left without service and is not reactivated, the data is kept for up to thirty days; before that period ends you can export it with the tools available. Read the terms
Can I add more users and branches?
Each plan sets how many users and branches it allows. Additional branches may have a separate cost or conditions. Read the terms
Are modules paid separately?
Modules are activated separately and can be a one-off, monthly or annual payment, or come included in a plan. Read the terms
Does the price include third-party charges, such as invoicing stamps?
No. Unless the quote expressly says otherwise, prices do not include third-party fees, usage or commissions, such as invoicing stamps. Read the terms
What support is included?
With active service you have the ticket system. Some plans also include priority response, a shorter first response time or an advisory chat. Read the terms
Can you build something custom for me?
Yes. It is quoted separately and, once paid in full and completed, it is enabled for the Team that hired it without charging that Team for the development again. Read the terms
